Refund policy

• Refund:

   Receive a refund back to your original payment method when you ship your item back. Returns must be processed within 30 days from the date your order was received to be eligible for a refund.

• Partial Refund:

   You may be able to receive a partial refund for the following products:

1. Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
2. Any item that is returned after 30 days from delivery.

• Exchange:

   Arify will replace damaged or defective items. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, contact us via help@artify.art

• Store Credit:

   If you want to make a return and it is past the 30-day delivery date, you will receive a store credit that you can use at artify.art at checkout
